Download a Registration Form

You can download a registration form in either MSWord or PDF format.

To register on-line:

• Download the MSWord Registration Form
• Fill in the form and send as an email attachment to artsdenmanregistrar@telus.net
• The Registrar will send you a PayPal invoice by email. (you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by this method)

To register by mail:

• Download either the MSWord Registration Form or PDF Registration Formand print
• Fill in the printed form and mail, along with your payment in Canadian funds (Visa #, money order or cheque (made payable to Arts Denman), to:

To register by phone:

Leave a message at 250-335-1224, or 1-888-335-1224 (toll free)

The Registrar will return your call and take your registration info over the phone. You can pay over the phone by Visa, mail in a cheque or money order, or for additional credit card options the Registrar will email you a PayPal invoice (again, you do not need to have a PayPal account).

 

Your registration will be confirmed when payment is received.
